His family purchased different types of wood such as acacia and eucalyptus from the locals and neighboring localities for production.
At the very beginning in 2012 when he did not have much capital, he bought only one peeling machine system. Then, his family’s business has been going good with a wood processing factory including 2 machine systems at a capacity from 40 to 50 cubic metres of planks per day. His family always pays attention to investing in and innovating the machinery to improve the productivity.
For plank product, his wood factory sells from 700 to 1,500 cubic metres of plank wood per month mainly in domestic market (80 percent) and for export. Their products have seen smooth consumption, thus his family gains a profit of nearly 1 billion VND (43,478 USD) each year. The wood peeling factory not only brings high profits for his family but also creates stable jobs for about 30 local labourers at an average salary from 5 to 10 million VND (217.4 to 434.8 USD) per month.
Thanks to right choice of economic development with high efficiency on their homeland, Truong’s family has enjoyed a comfortable life. They have built a luxurious house. Their children are well-educated.
