The above result was gained thanks to active recommendation from local authority and functional sectors asking people and business to apply scientific and technical advances together with new farming processes into production which help increase the productivity and output.

On the other hand, key crops continue to be cultivated on large-scale production with cooperation and linkage along the value chain. The technical advances, advanced production processes such as VietGAP, GlobalGAP, high-tech applications... are widely applied.

The Industry and Trade sector has closely coordinated with provinces such as Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Lao Cai, domestic and foreign businesses and trade counselors in many countries to accelerate the trade promotion, introduce the image of Vietnamese agricultural products to many markets.

BAC GIANG - Under pressure from the short lychee harvest season, 2023 Outstanding Vietnamese Farmer Nguyen Van Huu in Xe Cu village, Thanh Hai commune, Luc Ngan district (Bac Giang province)  converted to grow oranges and grapefruits in line with organic method. In 2022, the his citrus garden brought him a revenue of 5.3 billion VND (223,502 USD) or a profit of 3.5 billion VND excluding the production cost.

Leaving Japan to come back homeland for farm work

BAC GIANG- After 4 years working in Japan, Luu Xuan Vy (born in 1991) in Hong Son village, Lang Son commune, Yen Dung district, Bac Giang province decided to come back to start business on his homeland. With his knowledge and experience gained in Japan, he founded Hong Son High-Tech Agricultural Cooperative with a capital of over 10 billion VND (407,448 USD).
