Hanoi provides financial support to southern provinces
Tien Giang, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Can Tho, Dong Nai, Tra Vinh, Kien Giang, Ca Mau, Tay Ninh, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu, An Giang, Hau Giang, Ben Tre, Dong Thap, Vinh Long and Long An will each receive VND3 billion.

* On August 10, Vietinbank donated two ambulances worth VND3 billion to Da Nang Hospital and Son Tra District Medical Centre in Da Nang to help the central city transport and treat Covid-19 patients in a timely manner.
On the same day, the 16th Military Corps handed a donation of VND1.5 billion to the Covid-19 prevention fund of the Central Highlands province of Dak Nong.
Earlier, the military corps provided 40 tonnes of rice to poor people affected by the pandemic in Dak Nong Province and Binh Phuoc Province.
* On the afternoon of August 10, the Quy Hoa Leprosy and Dermatology Hospital in Binh Dinh Province dispatched 22 healthcare workers to Ho Chi Minh City to help with the Covid-19 fighting efforts.
Doctor Tran Phuoc Nghia, head of the delegation, said they would strive their best to overcome the challenges and fulfil their mission, and will only return when the pandemic has been put under control in the city.
