Hiep Hoa: A family donates over 100 million VND to build children’s playground

(BGO) – According to Le Van Quy, Head of
An Thong village, Thang town, Hiep Hoa district (Bac Giang province), Nguyen
Duc Chinh, a villager on March 11 donated more than 100 million VND (4,300 USD)
to build free playground for the local children.
The playground was built with total cost of over 100 million VND in an area of nearly 250 square meters of Chinh’s family.

It was decorated with many cute drawings that are friendly and suitable to the little children. Additionally, the entertainment area was equipped with outdoor toys such as slide, seesaw, ferris wheel, swing...and stone tables and chairs for adults.
Chinh participated in local social work. His three children have successful life and the family often joins the charity activities.
Since the playground opened for free, it has attracted hundreds of children every day.

child autism and underdevelopment at the Bac Giang Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital was established in December
2018.
The film named "The To - Do list" by students of Viet Duc High School, Hanoi - representing Vietnam - won the Outstanding Film Award at the 13th Asian International Children's Film Festival, held in Japan.
Over the past eleven years, free surgeries have been provided to nearly 5,200 children under the age of 16 who are suffering from congenital heart diseases and are living in difficult circumstances under the ‘Hearts for you’ programme.
A fund raising event in Ho Chi Minh City on December 15 raised 1.5 billion VND (over 64,400 USD) for children with cancer in the country.
The beloved Dou-PinkFong and Baby Shark are coming to HCM City, offering local children a chance to sing and dance with the popular characters.
