Ho Chi Minh City book festival features over 16,000 titles

A book festival known as “Xuyen Viet” will be held at the Ho Chi Minh City Book Street from March 13 to 17, featuring over 16,000 titles offered at discounted prices.

The participating publishers include Tre Publishing House, Nha Nam, Dinh Ti, Thai Ha Books, Saigon Books and Minh Long Books.

The book festival is held at the Ho Chi Minh City Book Street.

The festival will introduce new titles in various fields such as psychology, business, marketing, children’s books, comics, literature, history, culture, and science.

This is an opportunity for readers of all ages to buy books with a special discount.

“Xuyen Viet” Book Festival is also a chance for readers to join hands in the building of libraries for two schools in the central province of Quang Tri by donating their books.

The book festival was previously held in provinces and cities throughout the country such as Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang, and Phu Yen, and has helped to disseminate knowledge and enhance reading culture.
