Ho Chi Minh Museum receives two Uncle Ho’s memorabilia
The two pieces of memorabilia were granted by Uncle Ho to the grandfather of Xuan – Vuong Chi Sinh – (ie Vuong Chi Thanh) who was former National Assembly (NA) deputy in the first and second NA tenure.

The event was part of activities to celebrate the 74th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19) and National Day (September 2). Nguyen Ngoc Thien, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, attended the event along with representatives of the Vuong family in Dong Van district, Ha Giang province.
According to information from the Vuong family, The two pieces of memorabilia were given by President Ho Chi Minh to Vuong Chi Sinh, they include a steel alloy sword – made by the Ministry of Defence’s military workshop under the direction of Uncle Ho – and a padded waistcoat presented to Uncle Ho in 1950 by the Vietnam Women's Union - Hai Duong province chapter.

These are valuable objects, expressing the deep concern and sentiment of President Ho Chi Minh to Vuong Chi Sinh, a leader of the Mong ethnic people in Ha Giang, who was enlightened by the revolution and then followed to serve the national revolution.
