At the working session, the delegates visited the chicken farming, consumption and processing models of Giang Son Joint Stock Company (Giang Son JSC) in Dong Tam commune (Yen The district).

The member households strictly follow VietGAP standard to ensure the products’ quality. Currently, Giang Son JSC has inked the supply contracts annually providing the supermarket chains of Mega Market, Co.opmart, Lotte and Hapro with about 200 tonnes of chicken meat and chicken paste.

Besides, the company has linked with other parties to consume the livestock chickens for 80 local families.

The Israeli delegation visits the chicken breeding model of Nguyen Van Bon, a member of Giang Son Joint Stock Company in Tan Tien hamlet, Dong Tam commune.

At the event, Deputy Governor Yosel Ayad highly evaluated the chicken breeding model in Yen The district as well as the farming development potentials in Bac Giang province. For the upcoming time, he expected to increase more coordination and linkage programmes to the province so as to improve the agricultural production knowledge for Israeli farmers.

Particularly, Israel has set up many programmes to deliver the science and technology for lychee preservation. The country will continue researching on the substance concentration in the fruit peel, flesh and seed to increase lychee economic value for the farmers.

At the same day, the delegate paid the field trips to some farming models in Ho Dap commune (Luc Ngan district).
