Vinmec doctors carry out the surgery for the poor patient.

Currently, the Bac Giang provincial Committee of the Fatherland Front (FF) is guiding all FF levels to inspect and list the people on demand as well as instruct them to complete the document correctly as the sponsor’s criteria.

The registration document includes application form; confirmation sheet of the FFC or communal People’s Committee for the patient’s condition; notarized copies of family registration book, identity card, birth certificate in case of children; patient profile and medical insurance card (if any).

Kind Heart Fund sources 300 billion VND to support the surgery expenses for the poor and national contributors.

The recipient is Kind Heart Fund project at No.7, Bang Lang street, Vinhomes Riverside Ecological Urban Area, in Viet Hung ward, Long Bien district, Hanoi.

For the period of 2016 – 2018, some 300 billion VND (13.1 million USD) was mobilized by the Kind Heart Fund to support the surgery expenses of several diseases at the Vinmec International General Hospital for many poor, needy patients or those near the poverty line as well as the revolutionary contributors nationwide.
