(BGO) - The leader of Center of Industrial Encouragement and
Trade Promotion (Department of Industry and Trade) in Bac Giang province on
August 17 handed over 24 million VND (1,051 USD) to Luc Ngan district
Fatherland Front’s Committee (FFC). The amount was sponsored by the Vietnam
Trade Office in Australia to support disadvantaged children in the district.
In 2021 lychee season, the Vietnam Trade Office in Australia actively assisted Bac Giang province to promote, introduce and link to consume the special fruit in this country. Thus, the province gained positive result in lychee export to Australia.

At the same time, the Vietnam Trade Office in Australia successfully auctioned Luc Ngan lychee basket for 1,500 AUD (24 million VND).
At the reception, Chairman of Luc Ngan district FFC Le Xuan Thang expressed the sincere thank to the leader of the Center of Industrial Encouragement and Trade Promotion and the Vietnam Trade Office in Australia for their support in lychee consumption and trade promotion in 2021 as well as the special emotion and sharing to difficult children in Luc Ngan district.
These sponsored amount will be presented to 24 impoverished children in the district, each worth 1 million VND.
