Tu Giap pagoda (Chua Nguon village) used to be the working office of the XII police station (6 provinces: Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Lang Son, Hai Ninh, Hon Gai, Quang Yen) has become the honor and pride of the officers and soldiers of the Police Department of Bac Giang province. On March 11, 1948, Comrade Hoang Mai, Director of Police Zone XII received a letter from Uncle Ho to write six 6 teachings to the People’s Public Security Forces. Uncle Ho’s six golden letters for the public security force are: “For myself, to be a frugal integrity; For the colleagues, to kindly help; For the government, to must be absolutely loyal; For the people, to be respectful and polite; For the work, to be devoted; For the enemy, must be firmly smart against.”
In 2013, on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the movement “Public Security Forces following six teachings of Uncle Ho”, the Party Central Committee of Public Security and the Ministry of Public Security have invested in building the Memorial Site in pagoda to serve as a place of education for all generations of officers and soldiers.
On August 15, 2017, construction of memorial site of Uncle Ho's 6 teachings to PSF kicked off on an area of about 3 hectares with a total investment of more than 100 billion VND. According to engineer To Van Chi, Investment Joint Stock Company 379, Commander of the project implementation unit: "Having the opportunity to work on this project is an honor, so we always try to finish the job on time. The goal is that in the few months to complete before March 11, 2018, both units have been running the race against time while ensuring the progress but the most important is the quality of the works. The sincere feelings of Uncle Ho have given us the health and motivation to complete the work. Now, The Memorial Site is ready for the inauguration".
Visiting the mall, we are very impressed. The most prominent feature is the statue of Uncle Ho. The statue is about 7 meters high, with a bronze color. Uncle Ho sat there, in the familiar khaki clothes, looking so casual but very dear to make everyone touched. Behind the carved relief sculpture is made of greenstone 50 m long, 13.5 m high. On the sculpture images of the birth of the letter and nine mountains stylized, the association of a revolutionary base Viet Bac majestic.

Thanks to the special attention of the Secretariat of the Central Committee Communist Party, the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the the General Political Department of Public Security, Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee and the enthusiastic support of the people, the monumental work such as the Memorial Site was quickly completed in a short time.
According to Chairman of Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Linh: “During the implementation of the project, local authorities have actively co-operated with the public security forces and create favorable conditions for the entrepreneur to finish the project on time with high quality and estheticism. The people here have had revolutionary traditions, have protected the Police Zone XII and are now ready to support the Party's and State's policy”.
With an area of nearly 2.6 hectares, the Memorial Site of Uncle Ho’s 6 Teachings to the Public Security Forces includes President Ho Chi Minh statue, ceremonial yard, reception hall, management section and a natural lake. Do Van Nguyen's family is ready for the State to recover more than 1,000 m2 of land with many construction works to build The Memorial Site. While Giap Anh Dung also quickly handed over his land to the State. When the Memorial Site was complete, he did not think the building was so magnificent.
Not only 5 households have residential land, 104 households have agricultural land with 26 thousand square meters agree to recover, therefore, the project’s land clearing for the construction of the Memorial Site has done quickly. During the inspection visit, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh, Deputy Minister of Public Security emphasized: The memorial site plays an important role in promoting political education for generations of the public security forces, and marks the event in which Director of Police Zone XII Hoang Mai received a letter with the 6 teachings from President Ho Chi Minh. The memorial also serves as a reminder of the special care of Uncle Ho for the public security forces, so the construction units must quickly complete the work with the heart.
Expressing the pride and pride of the young generation, Major Phung The Son, Secretary of the Youth Union of Bac Giang Provincial Police Department reminded us of Uncle Ho's teachings. As followers of the construction of the memorial site from the early days, the youth of the provincial police have always been local, coordinating propaganda and mobilizing people to support the project’s land clearing.
