At the meeting, on behalf of the PPC’s Standing Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Le Anh Duong reported on local task to build the Party, a clean and strong political system in Bac Giang province.

Speaking to direct the event, Minister To Lam congratulated and appreciated the results that the PPC, government and people of all ethnic groups in Bac Giang province have achieved over the past half term.

Minister To Lam requested the PPC's Standing Committee to further closely monitor the situation and resolve security and order issues early, remotely from the grassroots level.

Bac Giang’s industry has been strongly developed so the province needs to pay proper attention and direct drastically to ensure the security in industrial parks and clusters, absolutely prevent the formation of "Independent Trade Unions" or "hot spots" in terms of security and order.

At the same time, the province must improve the effectiveness and efficiency of state management of security and order in association with reform of administrative procedures and the task to build the movement “ all people protect national security”.

He recommended the PPC’s Standing Committee to pay further attention to implementing effectively the Resolution and Project on building a truly clean, strong, regular, elite, modern and responsive Bac Giang Provincial Police force to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.

Receiving instructions from Minister To Lam and opinions of delegates at the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Duong Van Thai said the province has paid due attention to allocating resources and investment in facilities for the police force from provincial to district and commune levels.

The PPC and PPC’s Standing Committee highly appreciated the contributions of the police force to the development of the province.

Bac Giang has made criteria to build an outstanding Bac Giang Police force, worthy of being in the place where "Six virtues Uncle Ho taught the People's Public Security" was originated.
