The Ministry of Labor, War Invalid and Social Affairs is collecting opinions from relevant ministries and departments about proposed amendments to Decree No.49/2013/ND-CP which aim to gradually reduce the State's intervention in the building of salary scales, payrolls and labor norms of enterprises, thus facilitating their operation.
