Accordingly, the Department of Transport should cooperate with the municipal Public Security, Department of Health, People’s Committee in the wards, districts and towns to survey and arrange more points to conduct rapid SARS-CoV-2 test (in necessary cases) for drivers, sailors and porters at the ports, stations, inland waterway hubs and disease checkpoints to avoid traffic jam and big gathering to reduce the risk of Covid-19 infection.

The municipal People’s Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to chair and collaborate with relevant sectors, People’s Committee in the wards, districts and towns to instruct and facilitate the farmers and enterprises to harvest, transport the farm produce while preparing programme to organize commodity gathering places for transportation, delivery and exchange of farm produce, neccessities for normal life and production in the lockdown areas to ensure disease preventive measures.
