Promoting the traditions of solidarity and humanity with the spirit of “sharing the rice and clothes”, leader of the PPC’s office called for the officers, public servants at the provincial departments of Party building to practically donate to support the flood victims with total amount of 52.9 million VND (2,294 USD) which were then transferred to the provincial Fatherland Front Committee to support them.

At the same day, the Office of the provincial People’s Committee called for donating to the Fund for the poor and flood victims in the Central region. The provincial leaders, officers, public servants, staff and labourers donated at least 2 days of salary. The total donation hit nearly 47 million VND.

Also, the provincial Labour Federation called for the trade unionist in the province to support the flood victims in the Central region. Chairman of the provincial Labour Federation Nguyen Van Canh suggested the lower units to launch the donation campaign among the officers, staff and labourers in cash or message with content of “BL” to 1407 (each worth 20,000 VND).

The donated amount will be sent to the Fund of Golden Heart Charity Society for the labourers suffered from natural disasters. The campaign lasts till the end of October 2020. At the event, each officer at the provincial Labour Federation donated one day salary.
