Accordingly, more than 2,360 apricot trees, 40 of which are 5 years old and others are 3 years old, are planted in over 4,000 square meters equipped with drip watering system and camera to record their development and disease inspection. The model is conducted with a total cost of over 500 million VND (21,900 USD).
This variety is a perennial plant in the primitive forest that can live for hundreds of years with good development and few diseases. After the model proves for its result, Son Dong district authority will consider duplicating the tree in the area as well as growing the flower in Tay Yen Tu spiritual ecological tourism complex.
