(BGO) – The Youth Union in Bac Giang city (Bac Giang
province) has recently launched the programme “Warm affection to the border” in
2019 at Van Lang district (Lang Son province).
The volunteer groups included officers from the Youth Union in the city, Tan Tien and Song Mai communes as well as youth members in several organizations, agencies and enterprises in Bac Giang city.

The volunteer group presents gifts to teachers and students at Trung Khanh Kindergarten School.

The delegates presented an entertainment facility to the youth and children in Tan Viet commune, a difficult locality in Van Lang district; study tool and toys to the Kindergarten School in Trung Khanh commune and 12 gift sets to disadvantaged households and students.
Total value of the gift was over 20 million VND (861 USD). Especially, the delegates visited and presented 100 national flags to the officers and soldiers at Na Hinh Border Post.
Summer youth volunteer campaign marks 20th anniversary
A ceremony was held in Ho Chi Minh City on August 17 to mark 20 years of the summer youth volunteer campaign. The first season of the campaign was launched nationwide in 2000 by the Standing Board of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) Central Committee.
Over 800 volunteers join hands in cleaning Da Nang beach
More than 800 volunteers joined a campaign to clean Kim Lien beach in the central city of Da Nang on August 7, which was jointly held World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) Vietnam, Prudential Vietnam and the municipal Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
