Provincial Chairman Duong Van Thai extends Tet greeting to Embassy of Japan in Vietnam
At the reception, the Ambassador congratulated the newly elected Chairman Duong Van Thai. He expressed the delight and belief in the close diplomatic relation between Japan and Vietnam in general and relation with Bac Giang province in particular.

The Ambassador said: “Bac Giang province now has 22 Japanese invested projects operating in various fields of electronic component production, spare parts for motorbike and automobile, fabrication of metal products. We will further introduce to Japanese enterprises to pay attention to the investment destination in Vietnam, including Bac Giang province”.
Regarding the non-refundable cooperative project to build Ben Mong bridge in Luc Son commune, the Ambassador shared that the document has been put under Japanese Government’s research.

Besides, he said to continue working with the Japanese Agency of Cultural Affairs to consider about the cooperative request to support Bac Giang province in preservation of the woodblocks in Vinh Nghiem pagoda.
On behalf of the provincial leaders, Chairman Duong Van Thai thanked the Japanese Ambassador’s kind attention to Bac Giang province for the past years. He briefed the Ambassador on the provincial general socio-economic development and highly evaluated the Japanese investors for their high technology, modern management skill, especially the culture and labor discipline.

The Bac Giang provincial authority committed to creating the most favourable condition for the Japanese investors in Bac Giang province.
Adding to the investment, Bac Giang province has received the practical support from the Japan International Cooperation Agency in various fields of education, social welfare, clean water, environment and healthcare among others which brought great efficiency to the community.

He hoped that the Ambassador will continue paying due attention to the province and act as a bridge to help Bac Giang access to Japanese businesses, especially in the farm produce processing sector; preserve the wood blocks in Vinh Nghiem pagoda as well as plant the cherry blossom in Yen Tu area (Son Dong district) in a soon time.
On the occasion of New Year 2020, the provincial Chairman extended the greetings to the Ambassador and all the officers of the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam as well as wish for more evolutional bilateral relation in general and relation with Bac Giang province in particular.
