The competent forces in Tran Phu ward (Bac Giang city) provide mobile communication on Covid-19 prevention and control.

The manufacturing factories and businesses must ensure safety distance, ask their workers to wear face masks and sterilize the production area properly.

All people are ordered to stay at home and only go out in case of emergencies, buying food or medicine, or going to work at factories and essential services that are not closed down or halt operations. If leaving the house, people are to keep a minimum distance of two metres from others. Any gathering of more than two people in public outside of offices, schools and hospitals is prohibited.

All citizens must obey and strictly follow preventative measures, declare their health status, protect their own families and cooperate with authorities to fight Covid-19.

The owners of the business, factories and service providers must apply the preventive measure at their facilities so as to ensure the workers’ health and safety. The state organizations and agencies arrange leaders and officers on duty at the minimum rate so as to handle the essential tasks and others work online at home.

The subjects whose family are in Hanoi and adjacent provinces must stay to work in Bac Giang and suspend the visit to the families or stay at the residing location to work online.

The provincial Public Administration Center and one – stop shop at all levels only arrange minimum staff on duty to handle the urgent procedures, increase online settlement of local administrative formalities, suspend to welcome the citizens at all organizations starting on April 1,2020 till the end of April 15, 2020.

All public transport (bus, taxi, passenger cars...) are suspended except for special cases such as emergency, food and essential commodity supply, public service, worker and expert pick up bus of the enterprises or carriages of production materials.

All public places are closed across the province (including park, square...) while strictly punishing any gathering of more than two people in public outside of offices, schools and hospitals.

Many stores in Bich Dong town (Viet Yen district) take temporary close.

At the markets and commercials sites, only essential commodities for normal demand such as food, beverage, medicine...are allowed to open, others are requested to take temporary close.

The Department of Health instructs the medical facilities to strictly manage and implement the procedures to avoid the cross infection in the hospital, request the compulsory health declaration to the patients, their relatives and caring people. One patient is cared by only one person. The medical facilities suspend the patient visit and follow strict regulation to receive the patient to prevent the cross infection.

The provincial organization, sectors and press agencies should accelerate the communication on Covid-19 prevention and control to protect the citizens’ health.

The Department of Industry and Trade, People’s Committee in the districts and city must plan to ensure the necessities and food for all people.
