Provincial leader welcomes member of German Parliament Jurgen Martens
At the reception, the PPC Vice Chairman Duong Van Thai thanked Jurgen Martens and the delegates for visiting Bac Giang. He briefed the guest on the provincial geological location, natural and social condition, advantage potentials, investment attraction and industrial development.

Also, the PPC Vice Chairman informed that the province has many potentials on farming with several famous products, especially lychee and other fruits. Bac Giang has established the concentrated fruit regions with large production areas under VietGAP and GlobalGAP standards. Currently, the lychee has been exported to the US, Australia, Japan and other countries.
Besides, the province has advantages in developing the industry and tourism, particularly the ecological tourism and resort. The local authority always creates favourable conditions to the enterprises to invest in the province.

On his turn, member of German FDP Parliament Jurgen Martens expressed his thanks for the warm greeting form Bac Giang provincial leader. He considered that the province should pay attention to developing the processing technology of farm produce and training the vocation in this field. When the Vietnam EU trade agreement is signed in the upcoming time, Bac Giang needs to seize the opportunity to boost up the farm product export.
Both sides took the occasion to discuss several issues relating to produce and process the clean farm products, vocational training in farm product processing and tourism.
At the meeting, Vice Chairman Thai highly evaluated the FNF’s attention, training and support in developing the local enterprises for recent time. He believed that the cooperation will be well maintained in the future and further reinforce the relation between Bac Giang province and FNF organisation.
