A chain of infections has been detected at Luxshare Company in Quang Chau industrial park since October 28 through screening tests upon all of the company employees. To date, this chain of infections has been contained. However, more infections have been still detected at Luxshare Company in Van Trung industrial park since November 9.

The province is concentrating all forces to implement synchronous and drastic measures for quick investigation, tracing, collecting specimens, testing, localizing and precise quarantine of infected cases.

In his conclusion, the provincial Party Secretary Duong Van Thai stressed, Bac Giang province always pays due attention to and facilitate operation of the enterprises. The people’s health and safety is the province’s utmost priority while implementing measures to secure production of the enterprises.

In coming time, the provincial Party Secretary urged the Department of Health to proactively respond, construct scenarios for each level of the epidemic in the industrial parks and community suitable for new situation and make plans for screening test upon specific case in the enterprises.

Besides, it is necessary to scientifically evaluate the epidemiology, home quarantine of F1 cases and home care for patients, thereby building scenarios of flexible response. CDC Bac Giang needs to strictly implement the conclusion of the Standing Party Committee and immediately administer testing for the employees of Luxshare Company.

The provincial Industrial Zones Authority was urged to inspect the pandemic prevention and control of the enterprises and better state management of the enterprises in the industrial parks (IPs), investigate testing to rectify and strictly handle violations as regulations. In addition, this agency needs to promptly direct enterprises to set up worker management software and complete in November.

Viet Yen and Yen Dung districts were required to strictly implement regulations on the pandemic prevention and control and closely control the locality to prevent the pandemic outbreak especially lodging houses, public places and isolation areas, avoiding cross-infection.

Luxshare Company must strictly obey the regulations on the pandemic prevention and control of the province while finishing administering Covid-19 vaccine for workers by November 25. Enterprises are not permitted to recruit workers unless they ensure safety of the pandemic prevention and control.

Duong Van Thai urged all enterprises not to allow workers to get into the factories if they have not installed PC-Covid application and have not been vaccinated for Covid-19.
