The project targets to gradually complete the provincial housing development programme till 2030; meet the socio-economic requirement and ensure stable accomodation for workers and labours at industrial parks; reduce the traffic jam, congestion leading to accident and public disorder around the industrial parks.

Thus, it will help improve the investment environment and lure more investment to the local industrial clusters and parks, especially from foreign direct investment companies.

Upon completion, the project will provide accomodation for about 2,850 workers and labours at the industrial clusters and parks.

It is constructed on an area of 3.3 ha with several items of high sky social houses, commercial and service building, campus, internal road, garage among others. Total investment hits over 690 billion VND (30.6 million USD) mobilized from investor, commercial loan and other legal capitals.

The project is valid for 50 years since the project investor is approved by the authority.
