The students are provided with the reading skill at the “Friendly Library” at Xuan Phu primary school (Yen Dung district).

The libraries were designed independently, worth 200 – 250 million VND (8,700 – 11,000 USD). Among them, the American – based Room To Read Organization sponsored bookshelves, tables, carpets, books and comics for 40 libraries as well as provided the local teachers with exploitation skill.

After operating the facilities, the schools arrange library reading lesson once per week and instruct the student to participate in discovery activities for language development.

Meanwhile, the Division of Education and Training in districts and city continue communicating and mobilizing the socialization sources to realize the models in the schools without library, targetting at reading habit and skill for the young generations.
