The event attracted more than 700 artists from amateur art troupes from 20 districts in the province, with each troupe bringing to the stage a 30-minute performance of songs and dances praising the beloved Uncle Ho and his contributions to the country.

The performers also delivered beautiful melodies of local Vi-Giam folk singing, which was officially recognized by UNESCO as part of the intangible cultural heritage of humanity.

The three-day event aims to provide a cultural venue to promote the implementation of the ‘Study and follow President Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts, morals, and styles’ movement.

It also helps to promote the land and people of Nghe An, the birthplace of Uncle Ho, to visitors from both home and abroad.
