Startup with bakery shop
In his twenties, Nguyen Van Du graduated from College of Transport and continued his study at Hanoi Academy of Military Science and Technology. He joined part time job in a bakery shop to earn more money for his study to support his family. With a special passion for the career, the young boy spent much time on learning and researching.

When the shop lacked of staff, the owner asked Du to supervise the production several times. It took Du much time to wonder to follow the study or his favourite job then he decided to drop out of the university to dedicate to baking career.
When Du got acquainted to baking carrer and gained many experiences, he stopped working in Hanoi and opened a baking facility in Tho Xuong ward in 2015. Thanks to the support from his parent and relatives, the young man conquered the initial difficulties in capital and market to determine with his selected path.
The business operates smoothly day by day while his products are preferred by a lot of customers, hence inspiring him to open another shop in Quan Thanh T-junction are. The facility sells about 1,300 – 1,400 cakes of all kinds on a daily basis and creates job to 3 – 5 main labors with average monthly income of 5 million VND (216 USD) per person.

With the ambition to enrich himself, Du invests in aquarium industry after acknowledging a huge demand of market. All the aquariums in shop are designed by the young owner. Du takes some days or even some months to create a product as customer’s expectation.
Du said success only comes together with perseverance and truly passion. The creative thinking, business resiliency and skillful hand help him firmly stay with two production models with annual income of 400 million VND (17,200 USD).
