As an agricultural province with a number of concentrated production areas, Bac Giang is hoped to attract investors in high-tech agriculture especially lychee preservation and processing.

Addressing the meeting, Vu Hong Nam asked the province to promptly complete its profile in the Japanese language as material for the promotion. Besides, it is essential to plan large agricultural cultivation areas while providing special preferential policies to Japanese investors for necessary technologies, accelerating administrative procedure reform and facilitating investors. In addition, Bac Giang is advised to establish the Japan Desk to support Japanese investors in dealing with administrative procedures.
