Speaking at the working session, Tam, who is also member of the Party Central Committee and Chairman of the Tay Ninh provincial People’s Council, thanked the Bac Giang authorities and people for their assistance to Tay Ninh, especially during the Covid-19 outbreak. He expressed his impression at the outstanding development of Bac Giang and wished the northern province will share its experience with his locality.

Deputy Secretary of the Bac Giang Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Le Anh Duong, said that the planning work must be implemented one step earlier in order to take advantage of the role and wisdom of consultants.

On that basis, it is necessary to proactively set up planning ideas and orientations for each region, prioritize the development of transport infrastructure and inter-regional connectivity, and ensure the stability of the power system. 

The delegates from the two provinces visit the Southern Bac Giang City Urban Area.

He also emphasized the need to pay attention to the implementation of policies to support social infrastructure development and ensure social security such as social housing and essential services, especially education and health care, to attract workers...

Regarding site clearance, in addition to applying general policies and mechanisms, Bac Giang province rewards people who hand over land for the projects early and invests in the construction of cultural institutions and public works in areas where a large area of land is revoked for project implementation.
