The Information and Communications Public Management Institute (ICI) and the Digital Transformation Strategy Institute (DTSI) signed a cooperation agreement on February 22 to enhance the digital capacity of organisations and individuals towards the implementation of the three pillars of national digital transformation – digital government, digital society, and digital economy.
Under the agreement, the two sides will cooperate in implementing training programmes on digital transformation. DTSI will build and develop the training programmes while ICI will carry them out.

In addition, the two sides will cooperate in the research and development of scientific projects and scientific products related to digital transformation based on the policies of the State, Government, and related ministries and agencies.
The two institutes will also coordinate with each other to organise scientific seminars, scientific research, thematic talks, consulting activities, surveys, and joint assessments in the field of digital transformation.
Dr. Nguyen Minh Hong, Former Deputy Minister of Information and Communications and Chairman of the Vietnam Digital Communication Association, voiced his appreciation for this strategic cooperation and hopes that the two sides will build together to effectively implement training programmes on digital transformation following the decisions of the Government.
Breakthrough created by digital economy

Digital economic development is one of three major pillars specified in
Resolution No. 111 on June 11, 2021 of the Bac Giang provincial Party Committee
about digital transformation in Bac Giang province in 2021 - 2025 period with
the orientation to 2030. After one year implementation, many local businesses,
cooperatives and households have actively applied digital economy with
practical efficiency.
Digital transformation should be at car speed: expert

transformation in agriculture is expected to create a breakthrough to develop
modern and sustainable agriculture, bringing economic efficiency to producers.
That goal is being pursued by the agricultural sector across the country as
well as in Bac Giang province, but many difficulties are still ahead.

Thi Thanh Thuc, member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Digital
Agriculture Association, gave an interview to Bac Giang Newspaper on this
issue.
