In the first ten months of 2018, the number of Vietnamese workers abroad reached over 116,000 people, equal to 106.07% of the year plan.

Thus, this year’s labor export has exceeded the target set with two months of the year remaining.

According to the Department of Overseas Labour under the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, in the first ten months of 2018, Vietnam has sent 116,675 laborers to work abroad, of which 41,636 were female employees, 106.07% of the plan for 2018.
In October alone, the number of laborers working abroad reached more than 14,548 workers, of which 4,978 were women laborers, including 8,078 in Japan, 5,373 in Taiwan (China), 522 in the Republic of Korea, and the rest in other countries.
Last year, over 134,000 laborers were sent abroad.
Labors benefit from enterprises’ due attention to cultural and spiritual life

Parks (IP) in the northern province of Bac Giang has paid due attention to
building the cultural system, organizing art performances and sports events to
improve the cultural and spiritual life for the workers after finishing their
shifts.

14 individuals awarded Certificate of Creative Labor

of Creative Labor to 14 outstanding individuals in the northern province of Bac
Giang who are the inventors winning high prizes at the local Technology
Invention Contest for the period of 2016 – 2017.

(BGO) – Executing the Circular No.09 issued by Inter-Ministries of Finance and Labor, War Invalid and Social Affairs, this year the Department of Labor, War Invalid and Social Affair will directly control and distribute the amount of over 1 billion VND (43,800 USD) to support the labors under the abroad recruiting contract.
