The VNBA’s collections, such as Secret Garden, V-wave, and V-Style, not only showcase the boundless creativity of Vietnamese hair artists but also reflect international hair fashion trends.

For instance, the V-Wave collection for Fall/Winter 2024 captures the romantic essence of natural curves, while V-Style for Spring/Summer 2025 embodies boldness and modernity, each piece is meticulously crafted to narrate the evolution of Vietnamese hairstyling.

The Secret Garden collection, introduced at the Vietnam International Junior Fashion Week 2024, stood out for its artistic creativity in merging fashion with hairstyling.

At the VNBA Beauty Awards 2025, the V-Style25 collection featured a design named ‘Pha Ken’ (Breaking out of Pupa), which delivered a powerful message about women breaking barriers akin to the radiant beauty of caterpillars transforming into delicate butterflies.

In November 2024, Minh Phuong was named winner of the Greatest Hair Artist prize at the Asia Golden Bauhinia Awards, a major continental event to honour outstanding talents in the beauty industry, which took place in Hanoi at the end of November 2024.

Notably, at the VNBA Beauty Awards Gala 2025, she was honoured with two prestigious awards: Dedication and Influential Beauty Expert.
