Vice Chairman of the Bac Giang provincial People's Committee Le Anh Duong addresses at the meeting.

According to the report of VK Tech, the academic year 2017-2018 is the fourth year of its operation with increasingly improved training quality. The recruitment rate of junior college students graduating the second course reached 67 percent, increasing 6 percent compared to the same period in 2017 of the first course. 

However, the college faces numerous difficulties in strengthening the organization, allocating the personnel after the merger, innovating vocational training programs as well as insufficient vocational teaching and learning facilities.

Concluding the event, Vice Chairman Le Anh Duong requested the college to focus on some key tasks of promptly collaborating with the provincial Department of Home Affairs to strengthen the organization, stabilizing working positions of the personnel and teachers, reviewing and standardizing the training materials. The actual capacity should be considered to define the appropriate teaching scale targetting at a key vocational college with hi-quality. 

Besides, VK - tech was urged to strengthen the socialization, especially in training linkage to create jobs for the graduates and mobilize financial resources towards self-controlling; promptly consult the provincial  leaders on replacing methods of its two deteriorated units so as to focus the resources on expanding and upgrading the main area while utilizing the fund from the investment project in the key sectors until 2020 to improve facilities of the college.

Vice Chairman Le Anh Duong award the certificate of merit of the provincial Chairman to Ko Joong Chil, an expert in information technology for his outstanding contribution to the development of the VK Tech.

Besides, he requested the college to build training plan to enhance qualification of the teaching staff and receive 3 teachers and more than 170 students from the 19-5 Handicraft Vocational School after its dissolution.

On this occasion, on behalf of the PPC Chairman, Vice Chairman Le Anh Duong gave the merit to Ko Joong Chil, an expert in information technology for his outstanding contribution to the development of the college in his working tenure of 2015-2018.
