VKFA regularly introduces advantages of Bac Giang province to Korean partners
Bac Giang VKFA was established in July 2013. To date, the Association has lured 161 members. VKFA has organized and attended many meaningful cooperative and friendly activities with Korean agencies, organizations, enterprises and people. Besides, non-governmental organizations’aid mobilization has gained dramatic results.

The convention worked out the key tasks for the next tenure such as carrying out active propaganda and nurturing friendship with Republic of Korea (RoK), advising the competent agencies to set up data of Bac Giang people in RoK, making programmes and plans to call overseas Bac Giang people in RoK contributing to the homeland.
The new Executive Committee with 11 members were elected at the convention. Nguyen Cong Thong, Rector of Vietnam-Korea Vocational College of Technologies was elected chairman of the VKFA.

Addressing the event, the provincial Vice Chairman Le Anh Duong highly appreciated the gained results by the VKFA over the past time. Besides, he requested the VKFA to pay more attention to renewing methods of advocacy, strengthening its organization and striving to establish its branches in the districts, city and industrial zones.
They are required to expand cooperation in education and training and employment, regularly provide information about history, culture and potentials for socio-economic development of the province to Korean partners while promoting the role as a bridge of friendship to connect the local party committees, governments and people in the province to RoK’s organizations, enterprises and people.
On this occasion, the provincial Fatherland Front presented Certificate of merit to some outstanding individuals in foreign affairs in 2013-2018 tenure.
