Accordingly, the signatories will collaborate to build a sale software offering information about promotion programs at BigC Bac Giang Trade Center. The local trade unionist and laborers registering membership of BigC Bac Giang will be informed of the discount list and other promotion programs via short message service (SMS) of Mobiphone. 

Besides, trade unionists are given priority to take part in the lucky draw programs. The provincial Federation of Labour will facilitate enterprises in promoting and advertising their goods and services through communication media of the local trade unions. In addition, they requested the trade unions to mobilize trade unionists to register membership to get discounts when buying goods.

So far, the provincial Federation of Labour has signed cooperation agreements with 13 units and enterprises on implementing welfare programs for laborers since 2017. Nearly 10,000 trade unionists have benefited from these programs with a total value of about 600 million USD (25,750 USD).
