Le Van Tung, Vice Secretary of the HCMCYU in Tan Dan town and Head of the Club said: “When newly established, the club had 5 members with the major fields of mechanical, glass aluminum, construction, orchard farming among others. The operation is maintained by the monthly meeting which gives its members a chance to discuss, understand and analyze the market, specify the suitable investment to the new product as well as work out the solution to overcome the difficulty in product consumption. Besides, the impoverished cases are consulted and supported in term of varieties, capital or production materials”.

To date, it has drawn 10 young participants who effectively develop their family economies and positively contribute to the local general growth. Typically, Nguyen Van Quyet in residential group Huong has leased 1 hectare of the field to grow the fruit tree since 2015. He firstly planted orange and pomelo then switched to grow jujube and guava to stabilize the output.
Currently, more than 500 jujube trees, 50 guava trees

In the evaluation of the Club, Secretary of the HCMCYU in Tan Dan town Nguyen Binh Nam affirmed: “The Club has become an address to connect and facilitate the youth members coming to learn a career, share experiences, earn a job with stable income. The effectiveness of this creative model helps lure the youngsters to stay in their hometown, overcome and enrich themselves. Additionally, the movement of “accompanying the youth in startup” in the local has been materialized to build a high consensus among the young generation”.
