This year, the Judge Council received 44 profiled registered by the businesses and producers in three groups of handicraft; food and agro-forestry-fishery processing; mechanical device, tool, equipment and machine.

21 selected products were proposed to be recognized as provincial outstanding rural industrial products, including handmade horned-rim glasses, Huong Thao essential oil set; lychee sugar water, Kim Tien Thao glue, Hien Phuoc five colour rice noodle, Moc Son sweet short cake, chicken gaste, Dai An black sesame oil, Diep Nhat black musk tea, GS chicken paste, Deo Uynh wild honey, Polyscias glue, Sublimation dried Cordyceps, wild honey, Nhu Bao wine, Anh Thu rice sheet and dried vermicelli, Mr.Phu waffle, Thong Nhat wood grain steel door, high tech lathe set, Viet Thai wood grain steel door and pattern.

The Judge Council also finalized to select eight products with highest score to submit to the Ministry of Industry and Trade to vote for regional and national rounds.

Bac Giang: Industrial production value up 13.1 percent

(BGO) – The industrial production value (IPV) hit 31,656 billion VND (1.39 billion USD) in September 2021 in Bac Giang province, up 17 percent against last month figure and 207,447 billion VND (9.1 billion USD) in nine months, representing 13.1 percent year on year increase and 60.9 percent of the yearly target.

Yen The diversifies OCOP products

(BGO) – Implementing One Commune One Product (OCOP) programme, so far Yen The district (Bac Giang province) has had 15 agricultural products with protected brand and approval decision for valid application by National Office of Intellectual Property Vietnam (Ministry of Science and Technology) as well as 15 OCOP products at provincial level. 198 billion disbursed as loan for salaries in suspension and production recovery periods

(BGO) – According to the Bac Giang branch of Social Policy Bank, the bank has disbursed more than 198 billion VND (8.69 million USD) to 62 employers as a loan for enterprises to pay for the workers’salary in production recovery due to operation suspension period due to Covid-19 pandemic.

Tax payment and land rent extension: Timely support for production and business

(BGO) – In late April, the Government issued Decree No. 52/2021/ND-CP on extending the deadlines for paying value added tax (VAT), corporate income tax (CIT), personal income tax and land rent in 2021. After more than 3 months of implementation in Bac Giang province, this policy is considered as a "remedy" to help businesses affected by the Covid-19 pandemic overcome difficulties and stabilize production and business.
