With the message “Millions of small dream need a huge gesture”, 2022 Programme was launched in 37 communes and towns of four districts Son Dong, Luc Ngan, Luc Nam and Yen The to hand over scholarships to 370 impoverished students, each worth two million VND.

It was the ninth event of the programme with 4,380 scholarships for disadvantaged students totally worth over 5 billion VND which was sponsored by Viettel Group to help light up the school dream of difficult students.

Speaking at the event, Permanent Vice Chairman of provincial People’s Committee Mai Son highly spoke of study encouragement movement in the province, helping create best condition for student. He hoped the parents to encourage and facilitate the children to study better, especially those living in difficult areas.
