2 out of 16 revenues from local state-owned enterprises, land and water surface lease fees soared from 23 to 51 percent against the Central’s full-year estimate.
The above results have been gained in the first months this year thanks to good control of Covid-19 pandemic in the province. Thus, the enterprises have concentrated on recovering and accelerating production to increase income. Many businesses invested with modern production chains and machines to enhance labour productivity.
In addition, most of the economic activities have recovered helping to increase workers’ income. The real estate market becomes robust with more transactions than the period amid the pandemic; therefore, several individuals have contributed personal income tax to the state budget.
Besides, the provincial Taxation Department has implemented a number of solutions to support enterprises in e-tax declaration and payment and accelerate organizations and individuals to pay land lease fee while fostering propaganda about the Law on personal income tax for strict obedience.
