The Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) Women’s Beach Volleyball Tour 2019 kicked off in the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho on April 19.
This year’s event gathers 21 teams from 11 countries and territories, namely Australia, China, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Vanuatu, and host Vietnam.

They are divided into four groups, and the best two teams of each group will advance to quarter-finals.
The top four teams of the tournament will represent Asia at the Beach Volleyball World Championships in Germany later this year.
The AVC Women’s Beach Volleyball Tour 2019 is held at the beach volleyball area of the Can Tho sports complex in Ninh Kieu district. It will last through April 22.
This is the fourth time Can Tho has hosted this event so far.

The VTV International Women’s Volleyball Cup 2018 will take place in the central province of Ha Tinh from August 4 to 11, with the participation of eight teams, including six international clubs, the Vietnam national team, and Vietnam’s youth team.

The VTV International Women’s Volleyball Cup will run from August 4-11 at Ha Tinh Gymnasium in the central province of Ha Tinh. The tournament features eight teams, including Altay of Kazakhstan, Yunnan of China, and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK).
