The medical staff hands over gifts to recovered Covid-19 patients at the treatment facility in the provincial Nursing Center for National Contributor.

To date, 4,128 patients have been fully recovered from Covid-19 disease. The province has treated 979 cases without any symptoms. Currently, 203 patients have tested negative to novel coronavirus once and 74 twice, who will be released from hospital in the next days.

Besides, 30 critical ill patients are under treatment at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Bac Giang provincial Lung Hospital, Mental Hospital and General Hospital. One serious case is treated with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, two with ventilator support and adsorbent dialysis, seven with high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy.

Because many patients were recovered and discharged from hospitals, the number of patients decreased, the Department of Health instructed to scale back some treatment facilities to 14 from 18.

4 facilities which discharged all Covid-19 patients will operate normally, including the district medical centers of Lang Giang, Luc Nam, Yen Dung and Hiep Hoa.
