The Department of Planning and Investment is asked to closely monitors the disbursement progress of agencies, units and localities; urgently review, summarize and report to competent authorities to adjust the public investment capital plan in 2023 from projects with slow disbursement progress to projects in need of additional capital.

The Department of Construction and the Department of Finance must regularly check, review and strictly manage the prices of construction materials; actively monitor and closely follow the developments of the construction market to promptly update and announce the prices of construction materials in accordance with the provisions of law.

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs are assigned to closely monitor the progress of implementation of national target programs in the province; proactively guide and support agencies, units and localities in removing difficulties and obstacles, speeding up the disbursement of funds for the implementation of national target programs.

The inter-sectoral working group is in charge of promoting the disbursement of the public investment capital plan in 2023, further improving operational efficiency, proactively strengthening inspection, promptly removing difficulties and obstacles to accelerate the disbursement of public investment in the remaining months of this year.
