Accordingly, the planned area is located at Mai Dinh commune (Hiep Hoa district). It borders Hoa Phu IP to the North, agricultural land in Mai Ha village, Mai Dinh communes to the South, provincial road No.295 to the East and current residential area in Mai Ha village, Mai Dinh commune and the dyke of Cau river to the West.

It covers about 7.8 ha with estimated population of 10,440 people. The planned area is to build worker apartment to serve Hoa Phu IP and adjacent localities which consists of house, commercial and service buildings, utilities of entertainment, education, sport, campus…with synchronous technical and social infrastructures.

Basing on the orientation of the approved master plan of Hiep Hoa urban, the area is designed with suitable architecture landscape to ensure the project property that harmonizes to the general space and creates attractive and diverse environment.

The major items for investment and construction are traffic, car parking area, water supply and drainage systems, power distribution, waste water treatment station, worker apartment, houses for experts, public facilities…

$77-mln industrial park to be built under Vietnam-South Korea economic program
