Bac Giang approves for project to build Ben Mong bridge from Japan’s aid

(BGO) – The Chairman of the People’s Committee in the northern province of Bac Giang on April 15, 2020 issued Decision No.732/QD-UBND to approve for the project to build Ben Mong bridge in Luc Son commune, Luc Nam district from the aid sponsored by Embassy of Japan in Vietnam. 

The Executive Board of the provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union will be the owner to execute the project in Tho Son hamlet, Luc Son commune, Luc Nam district from April 2020 till the end of December 2020.

Representative of the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam and Bac Giang provincial Youth Union ink the memorandum of understanding to execute the project to build Ben Mong bridge in Luc Son commune, Luc Nam district.

Its target is to build Ben Mong bridge to ease the travel demand of the local residents, especially the students to go to school in flooding season; link Tho Son hamlet to other localities, communal center and school so as to partly complete the rural traffic network, accelerate the soco-economic development and poverty reduction.

The project is totally invested nearly 2 billion VND (nearly 85,000 USD) including about 1.6 billion VND sponsored by the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam and over 300 million VND invested by Luc Nam district People’s Committee.

The practical project will help improve the local living in Tho Son hamlet in particular and Luc Son commune, Luc Nam district in general.
