Bac Giang approves for the plan of 600 ha golf urban area

(BGO) – The People’s Committee in Bac Giang province has decided to approve for the Detail Plan to construct Nham Bien mountain golf urban area in Dong Son commune, Bac Giang city, Tan Lieu and Tien Phong communes in Yen Dung district with the 1/500 ratio.

Accordingly, the planned area is located in Dong Son, Tan Lieu and Tien Phong communes. It borders cultivation land of Dong Son and Tan Lieu communes to the North; national road No.17 to the West; Nham Bien town to the East and South.

Yen Dung golf course attracts a lot of players.

The project covers about 601.63 ha with estimated population of 13,000 – 15,000 people which will offer various tourism service in connection to ecological resort bearing the signature feature of village, mountainous landscape and golf course.

The research area features major functions of tourism service, golf course and resort, eco-tourism site on Nham Bien Mountain and urban residential area.

The items for investment and construction are technical infrastructure of internal road, car parking station, water supply and drainage system, power distribution, lighting system, house and entertainment facilities among others.
