Golf course and resort project launched in Bac Giang
Bac Giang golf course and resort project was approved investment policy by the Prime Minister at the Decision No 838/QD-TTg dated June 15, 2020 covering an area of 140 hectares in 3 communes of Chu Dien, Kham Lang and Yen Son.

The project is to build a 36-hole golf course and other items meeting international standards. The total investment fund for this project is about 740 billion VND (32.7 million USD) during 50 years. The project is scheduled for 36 months.
The project is expected to bring high economic efficiency after completion contributing tens of billions VND per year to the local budget from tax and services which contributes to boost economic restructuring and stimulate demands of other sectors.
Besides, the project will be in need of about 500 to 700 employees such as managers, waiters and waitresses, engineers, electric cart drivers, tree and lawn care workers and other workers around the project area.

Specially, Bac Giang golf course and resort is located on the central route of economic, cultural and spiritual tourism development linking tourism sites and the relics including Vinh Nghiem pagoda, Non cave, Suoi Mo eco-tourism site, the complex of historical relics and beautiful landscapes along the western Yen Yu mountain side. This is a highlight to promote the local image and brand luring enterprises to the locality for investment opportunities.
Addressing at the ground breaking ceremony, Dang Van Nhan, Chairman of the people’s committee of Luc Nam district urged the investor to reinforce resources in implementing the project to ensure the quality and progress as commitment while complying with legal regulations on land planning, construction investment, environment protection and other regulations so that the project can be soon completed and come into operation. Besides, the investor needs to collaborate with the district people’s committee, competent agencies and the 3 communes of Chu Dien, Kham Lang and Yen Son in addressing obstacles related to land clearance. The construction process should not affect living and production of the people in the project area.
