The average salary in 2020 of these businesses is more than 7.2 million VND (312 USD) per person per month, an increase of 4.2 percent compared to 2019. The company with the highest worker salary in 2020 ( over 153 million VND (6,628 USD) per month) is Conkaiser Vina Co., Ltd (a foreign invested one) based in the Song Khe – Noi Hoang Industrial Cluster.

Among a total of 136 companies reporting on the salaries and bonuses for the Lunar New Year (Tet) holiday, 127 had plans on Tet bonuses for employees. Accordingly, the average Tet bonus this year is more than 5 million VND (216 USD) per person, down 2.3 million VND compared to the average Tet bonus level of 2020. There are six enterprises with the average bonus level of less than 1 million VND per person; five, 1-1.55 million VND; 61, 1.5-5 million VND; 43, 5-10 million VND; and 12, more than 10 million VND. The one with the highest Tet bonus in 2021 is Fuhong Precision Component Co., Ltd based in the Dinh Tram Industrial Park with over 106 million VND. The lowest bonus among the companies reported was 100,000 VND per person.
