Bac Giang city honors 34 exemplary models in studying and following Uncle Ho

(BGO) – The Chairman of Bac Giang municipal People’s Committee has
issued the Decision to honor 16 collectives and 18 individuals with
achievements in studying and following Uncle Ho’s thoughts, morality and lifestyle”
in 2020.
Accordingly, the Chairman of Bac Giang municipal People’s Committee awarded certificates of merit and reward of 900,000 VND (38 USD) per collectives and 450,000 VND (20 USD) mobilized from the municipal source for emulation and reward.

‘May reminds us of Uncle Ho’ is the major theme of a programme which is taking place from May 4 to 31 at the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism in Dong Mo Tourism Area, Son Tay Town, Hanoi, to celebrate the 130th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s birthday (May 19, 1890-2020).
One hundred and twenty outstanding ethnic minority students and youths in 2019 reported their achievements to Uncle Ho at a ceremony at Ba Dinh Square, Hanoi, on November 12.

– The acceleration of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s thought,
morality and personality and implementation of the 4th Resolution of the Central
Party Committee (session 12) have created vibrant emulative movements in the
organizations, agencies and residential areas in Bac Giang city (Bac Giang province). Many outstanding
models appeared with several good deeds in community to highlight the spirit of
“taking good deeds to eliminate the bad ones”.
A range of artworks featuring President Ho Chi Minh by 39 prominent Vietnamese painters and sculptors are being displayed at an exhibition that opened in Hanoi on August 30.

Bac Giang on August 9 concluded the
first contest “Designing, organising living skill education activities to
children via good story about Uncle Ho” in 2019.
