Bac Giang DOFA establishes 24/24- hour supporting team for foreigners relating to Covid-19 pandemic

(BGO)- The provincial Department of Foreign Affairs
(DOFA) has issued the Decision No 72/QD-SNgV on establishment of a Supporting
Team, which is available 24/24 hours to receive information from foreigners
about Covid-19 pandemic in Bac Giang province.
This team is responsible to receive information from foreigners at any time related to Covid-19 pandemic in Bac Giang province with 24-hour available hotlines to receive information, opinions and inquires from foreigners living and working in the province while providing guidance and initial support in urgent situations and timely report DOFA leaders for handling foreigner-related issues in Covid-19 prevention and control.

The supporting team includes 4 public officials who are good at foreign languages serving as contact persons in English, Chinese, Korean and Japanese.
