Bac Giang enhances management of foreigners working in province
Accordingly, the provincial leader urged organization to promptly implement measures to strictly manage the foreigners working in the area, especially amid current complicated development of Covid-19 pandemic.

Firstly, the provincial Public Security reviews all foreign labourers who are granted immigration license and now working for enterprises, organizations and individuals in the province; prevents any illegal entrant to work in the area; enhances strict management of foreigners working and temporarily residing at the provinces or those working in other provinces, cities and lodging in Bac Giang area or those working in Ba Giang province but lodging in other localities. The result should be sent to Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (DoLISA) to summarize before May 24, 2021.
Secondly, the People’s Committee in the districts and city seriously control over the foreigners working and lodging in the area, those working in other provinces, cities and lodging in the area or those working in Ba Giang province but lodging in other localities.
The local authority should timely detect and seriously punish the foreigners working at the local businesses and producers without work permit or exempt certificate then supply the information to DoLISA and Public Security for joint settlement.
The local authority enhances to instruct and inspect the disease prevention and control in the local enterprises employing foreigners to ensure that they strictly follow 5K requirement (Khau trang" (face mask) - "Khu khuan" (disinfection) - "Khoang cach" (distance) - "Khong tu tap" (no gathering) - "Khai bao y te" (health declaration) and regulation from health sector while strongly stopping and punishing the facilities and businesses who fail to meet the safety regulation.
Thirdly, DoLISA and provincial Industrial Park Management Board should seriously issue work permit to foreigners working in the province in line with the condition, procedure regulated at Government’s Decree No.152/2020/ND-CP on December 30, 2020 and Clause 1 of Article 152 of Labour Law in 2019.
