Bac Giang enhances management of investment, import and export in industrial parks

(BGO) – The Industrial Park Management Board (IPMB) in Bac Giang province and Department of Bac Ninh Customs on November 24 held a ceremony to ink the cooperative principle in state managing the investment, export and import in local industrial parks.   

It aims to enhance the effectivenss of state management from two authorities to the investment projects, create favourable condition, shorten down the administrative procedure, accelerate the investment promotion, improve provincial competitive index to boost socio-economic development, build healthy and transparent investment and business environment in Bac Giang province.

Speaking at the event, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Phan The Tuan highly appreciated th collaboration between Department of Bac Ninh Customs in general and Customs Office in charge of Bac Giang provincial Industrial Park in particular in implementing the budget collection in the province.

He hoped the units will well implement the cooperative principle to increase the local budget collection in the upcoming time.

The provincial leader urged the IPMB and Department of Bac Ninh Customs to have regular discussion in various forms, strictly follow the leadership and direction from the province, Ministry of Finance, Generam Department of Customs in executing state management over the field.

Two units were suggested to reinforce the cooperation with the provincial departments, sectos and agencies in customs management, further boosting administrative procedure reform, timely support and consult businesses on commodity import export procedures, especially foreign direct investment ones in the industrial parks so as to reduce their period of studying about the investment and customs policies.

To promote the role of two units, they need to actively and orderly follow the cooperation by detailed implementation plan and content.
