According to the Center, so far nearly 167,000 workers at the provincial IP have been injected fourth shot of Covid-19 vaccine, accounting for 96.1 percent of total working labours.

Some businesses early completed administering fourth shot to workers, such as Newwing Interconnect Technology Company Limited, Hana Micron Vina Company Limited (Van Trung IP), Hosiden Vietnam Company Limited (Quang Chau IP) and Fuhong Precision Component Company Limited (Dinh Tram IP).

Now, over 6,700 labours in the IP have yet to get the second booster shot, representing 3.9 percent in which over 2,100 cases are pregnant or suffer underlying diseases, 1,800 people are waiting for due date, 2,800 workers at Luxshare – ICT Vietnam Company Limited are waiting to be vaccinated.

To maintain community immunity and stabilize the production at the companies, the Center continues cooperating with the IP Management Board to closely watch over the situation at Luxshare – ICT Vietnam Company Limited and arrange suitable vaccination time to the remaining workers while updating the mobilization of local workers to review, make the list and organize vaccination for qualified cases.
