Accordingly, any business developing the concentrated flower and vegetable cultivation project with the scale of over 2 hectares and 5 hectares respectively will be provided 50 percent of the investment (not exceeding 2 billion VND or nearly 86,000 USD per project) by the province to build the road, electric system, water supply and drainage system, net house, membrane house, glass house and others.

Besides, the enterprises who grow the herbal plants specified in the Ministry of Health’s list of development priority and encouragement in a concentrated area of over 10 hectares will be supported 50 percent of the seedling cost in the first crop (not exceeding 1 billion VND or nearly 43,000 USD per project) as well as 50 percent of the investment (less than 2 billion VND per project) by the provincial authority to build the road, electric system, water supply system within the project fence.

Additionally, 50 percent of the investment (not exceeding 2 billion VND per project) will be supported to the enterprises who raise over 300 goats, 100 horses and 70 buffaloes.

Apart from these above policies, the investors to rural area also receive favourable condition in term of land and free duty as applicale regulation.

60 models of hi-tech farming built in Bac Giang
